Seth Churi
Senior Vice President, Operations

About Seth
Seth Churi brings more than 20 years of golf operations and acquisition experience to ClubLife Management.
Most recently, Seth was the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer for Redwood Six (R6) LLC, a boutique management and consulting firm established in 2014, specializing in premium private clubs and resorts. As COO, he focused on setting the clubs’ strategic direction driving performance and business planning.
Prior to R6, Seth was the Chief Operating Officer for Sequoia Golf Holdings LLC for 10 years, responsible for the operational oversight of over 35 golf courses and country clubs, and the integration of newly acquired properties.


Peter Faraone
Regional Vice President

About Peter
Peter has been in the hospitality industry for 37 years, starting his career with Marriott Hotels in their manager training program before moving on to Ritz-Carlton hotels for 13 years where he served as VP of Sales, opening over 20 properties during his time at the corporate office before moving into a General Manager role.
Peter later joined KSL Capital as VP of Sales and Marketing, then became General Manager of the Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, VA. He then joined ClubCorp as a Regional VP in the Mid Atlantic region before taking on the role of overseeing all the managed clubs in the ClubLife portfolio. Peter resides in South Carolina along with his wife Debra of 35 years.


Michelle Parmer
Vice President, Marketing & Member Experience

About Michelle
A 15-year veteran of the private club industry, Michelle Parmer oversees marketing as well as member experience and retention for ClubLife Management affiliated properties.
Prior to joining the ClubLife Management team, Michelle served as Director of Product Enablement for ClubCorp. In this position she oversaw execution and strategic management of high-level membership initiatives that generated and optimized revenue for ClubCorp’s properties across the United States. This included realigning the company benefits into the innovative XLife program, assisting in membership projects ensuring competitive market placement, managing inter-departmental relationships, developing the ARMI (At Risk Member Intervention) program and analyzing data to increase Member engagement.
Michelle also served as a Regional Director of Marketing for ClubCorp, during which time she managed a robust team of graphic designers, copywriters and digital specialists to develop marketing collateral and provide ongoing marketing support of membership sales, private event and tournament sales, and member engagement initiatives to ClubCorp country club and city clubs.


Allie Marquette
Vice President, Sales

About Allie
A 10-year veteran of the private club industry, Allie Marquette oversees the Membership, Private Events and Tournament Sales support of ClubLife Management affiliated properties.
Prior to joining the ClubLife Management team, Allie worked at Jupiter Country Club as the Club Manager overseeing the membership sales, member experience and marketing for the Club. During her time there, she started and grew the waitlist to over 50 Members, expanded the calendar of Member events, and helped plan an extensive renovation to reposition the Club within the Palm Beach market.
Before joining the ClubCorp team, Allie worked in a variety of roles within private and semi-private clubs. As Director of Operations at Parkland Golf & Country Club, Allie worked closely with the board as they transitioned to being member owned. She was instrumental in keeping the day-to-day operations running while also building out a long-term capital improvement plan as well as a comprehensive sales and marketing plan.
As a diverse salesperson with experience in membership, tournaments and private events, Allie understands the customer journey and has wide-ranging experience in generating leads, closing deals, and keeping members engaged. She is eager to work with our clients on all things sales related as well as assisting in the marketing strategies at the clubs in our portfolio.


Nick Totten
National Director of Food & Beverage

About Nick
Prior to joining the ClubLife Management team as National Director of Food & Beverage, Nick was the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director for the highly regarded TPC Craig Ranch. As a part of his duties, Nick led the food, beverage and hospitality for the PGA Tour's 2021 and 2022 Byron Nelson tournaments. Before Craig Ranch, Nick was a Food & Beverage consultant as well as the owner/operator of the Nola Grill, a successful, fine dining restaurant featuring American cuisine with gross revenues of $2M located in Frisco, Texas. Prior to the Nola Grill, Nick was the Corporate Manager for a chain of Dodie's Cajun Restaurants, which served high-quality Cajun seafood.
Nick resides in McKinney, Texas and is married with one adult son.


Jay Abbott
Senior Vice President, Agronomy

About Jay
A second-generation Golf Course Superintendent, Jay Abbott is ClubCorp’s Senior Vice President of Agronomy, responsible for the oversight of 217 golf courses and 175 Superintendents. In his role, Jay also is responsible for negotiating ClubCorp’s national purchasing agreements for course maintenance products and the development of the company’s standard operating procedures for course maintenance and construction. Previous roles include Golf Course Superintendent at the historic PGA West Resort, and roles with Disney Golf and the Tom Fazio Design Group.


Billy Knight
Vice President, Corporate Development

About Billy
Billy Knight is a 16-year veteran of the private club industry. His primary duties include identifying clubs that fit the company's acquisition/lease or 3rd party management criteria and initiating conversations with Board members and investors, financial underwriting, market analysis, negotiation and deal closing. Mr. Knight is a regular attendee of the NGCOA Golf Business Conference, Golf inc. Strategies summit, and Urban Land Institute. Prior to ClubCorp, Mr. Knight spent 10 years at Sequoia Golf as Director of Business Development.


Theresa Addington
Human Resources

About Theresa
As the Vice President of People Operations, Theresa brings over 20 years of human resources and operations experience to the team. She has been with Invited Clubs (formerly ClubCorp) since 2015 and leads the field Human Resources team. The team provides ongoing Club support in the areas of: Employee relations, leadership development and coaching, performance management, compliance, policy interpretation and guidance. She and her family reside in the Atlanta area, and she is a HUGE Braves fan.
